- Being on hold might take a long time. We recommend you to leave us a call request by phone instead of waiting.
- Please leave us only one call request.
- We aim to get back to you within the next 3 business days.

- All messages are handled in order of arrival. Unfortunately it might take some time for us to get back to you.
At the moment our telephone lines are open on weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm. We are taking some time to answer call requests and messages during early mornings.
