Some of our customers have received the same payment reminder several times

Due to a technical error that has just occurred, some of our customers have received the same payment reminder several times.

The payment reminder contains information about the invoice that is the subject of the reminder (invoice number), its due date and amount. We ask customers who have received multiple reminders on the same bill to make sure they only pay a single invoice once.

The arrival of multiple payment reminders will certainly cause anxiety and extra heart palpitations. We apologize for any confusion caused by this issue. The fault is currently being repaired.
