How do I log in to the new online service?

If you are using our mobile application, you can log in to the online service with the same login details.

If you have only been using the online service previously, you will have to register again as a new user. Due to the update to our online service, your old username will no longer work.

With your new credentials, you can also log in to our mobile application.

User rights have been updated – previous user rights will no longer be valid

User rights associated with old accounts will no longer work. You can use the authorization function in the new online service to request access to another account.

Authorization request for private customers

Do you need access to another customer’s account in the online service? This is possible with the help of an authorization request.

• Make an authorization request under My information > Manage authorizations.
• The person granting the authorization will receive a notification of the request by email and can approve the request in the online service.
• Once the authorization request has been approved, you can view the other customer’s information in the online service.

Authorization request for a corporate customer

You can access a company account in the online service either by adding the corporate account under your personal credentials or by creating separate credentials for the corporate account.

• Make an authorization request to link a corporate customer number to your personal account under My information > Manage authorizations.
• You will receive an email notification when our customer service has processed the request.
• You are entitled to view a company’s or housing company’s information in the online service if you have the authority to sign on behalf of the company, or if you are a member of the board of directors or work as a property manager in the housing company.
• Kindly provide us with a copy of the Trade Register extract or any other relevant document that justifies your request for the information. If the information is publicly available through Finnish Patent and Registration Office’s Virre service, no separate document is required.
