Regret signing a contract? As a consumer you have the right to cancel your electricity contract within 14 days without specifying any reason. Notify us about the cancellation by using the form below. The cancellation right expires 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.
Cancellation Right
In order to exercise the right to cancel the contract, you must inform us in an unambiguous manner of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
When you use the electronic form, you will be notified by email without delay of receipt of the cancellation notice. In order to comply with the deadline of the cancellation period, the notification of cancellation of the contract should be sent before the end of the period.
Once we have received the cancellation notice, the contract will lapse. If you have requested the start of electricity supply before the end of the cancellation period, you will be invoiced for the electricity you have consumed by the time you submit the cancellation notice, in accordance with the price in the contract confirmation.
