E-invoicing – the easy way of paying
E-invoicing is a simple way to receive and pay bills. The invoice will be sent directly to your online bank, where you can review, pay and save it for later. An e-invoice agreement is easily set up in your online bank. To do so, you will need the customer number and invoice basis number from the bill.
Do the following
- Log in to your online bank.
- Follow the instructions in on ordering an e-invoice. Make the agreement with Vaasan Sähkö Myynti Oy (electricity bill), Vasaan Sähkö Oy (district heating) or Vaasa Sähköverkko Oy (network service, i.e. distribution). Fill in the customer number and invoice basis number. Remember to also select the reason for payment, either district heating bill or electricity bill.
- If you don’t want to approve all bills separately, you can automate the payment.
- Check the data and save.
