Transferring Ownership of a District Heating Connection

Transferring a heat supply contract usually becomes relevant when a property changes ownership. The contract does not automatically transfer with the property during the sale, so the district heating connection must be explicitly mentioned in the property transfer documents.

A change of ownership can be done electronically. A copy of the property’s deed of sale or other transfer document mentioning the district heating connection must be attached.
