District heating is affordable energy produced locally. Our Local Heat product is the standard option for district heating. If climate matters are important to you or your customers, consider the Climate Guarantee add-on product.

The basic charges for detached houses are calculated once a year in January based on the actual consumption of the previous year. For new detached houses, the basic charge is invoiced based on an estimate until full calendar-year consumption data is available. View the full price list.
