MONITOR YOUR COMPANY’S ENERGY CONSUMpTION AND BILLS
In Vaasan Sähkö’s online service and application, you can actively monitor your own energy consumption, invoices, and contract information whether you are an electricity our district heating customer.
In the service, you can check your consumption data on an hourly basis and compare it with the situation, for example, a month or a year ago. The consumption data is available from all your places of use.
Company information in the online service
You can view the company information on the online service if you have signing authority or are a member of the Board.
Alternatively, a person with signing authority can authorize another person to handle the registration.
Create account to Online service
- Select “Create account” below
- Select “Create a corporate account”
(identification with personal credentials) - Fill in the form with information about the company or association
- Our customer service will check the authorizations and confirm the registration
- You will receive a confirmation email and a link to continue creating a username
submitting documents
You must provide us with a copy of the Trade Register extract or other document, based on which the request for access to the information is made. If the information is publicly available through Finnish Patent and Registration Office’s Virre service, no separate document is required.
Add or remove Customer numbers
You can add several customer numbers to existing user credentials by using the authorization function in the online service. It is also possible to remove customer numbers.
Make an authorization request under My information > Manage authorizations.
NB! It is possible to add a customer number under your personal user credentials, or you can create completely separate credentials for the corporate account.
How to access the online service
Check from the table below who has access to the online service and which documents are needed when registering.
