At regular intervals, we offer parties such as our customers and members of our customer panel opportunities to participate in a prize draw. Nothing beats that feeling when you are told that you have won a prize draw!
However, please read the rules below before participating. The rules apply to prize draws organized by Vaasan Sähkö Group.
Organizer of prize draw
The organizer of the prize draw is Vaasan Sähkö Group
Prizes
The prize and/or its value is announced during the prize draw. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The prize must be claimed or used within one year and cannot be transferred to a third party. The handover of the prize is agreed with the winner. Taxation on the prize draw will be paid by the organizer.
Performance of the prize draw
The prize will be drawn among those who have submitted their contact information by the deadline. Staff of Vaasan Sähkö Group or family members living in the same household cannot participate in price draws.
If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) weeks or other time frame specified in the price draw details, using the contact details submitted by the winner, another draw will be made for the unclaimed winnings.
Responsibility of organizer of prize draw
Vaasan Sähkö Oy limits its liability to the prize given for the prize draw. The prize’s recipient absolves the organizer of any liability that may be incurred, or is alleged to have been incurred, due to participation in this prize draw, or in claiming or using the prize.
Winners
Winners will be notified in person. The winner’s name may be published on Vaasan Sähkö’s website or in customer material at the end of the draw, without the winner’s separate consent thereof, or the payment of compensation to the winner.
Use of contact information
Participants in the draw will be asked to provide contact information so that the winners can be contacted. Contact information will not be disclosed to third parties. Contact information can be used for customer and marketing communications by Vaasan Sähkö if the participant has granted permission for this.
The rules apply to all participants
All participants in the prize draw undertake to comply with these rules and decisions made by the organizer concerning the draw.
Changes of rules
The organizer of the prize draw has the right to change these general prize draw rules at any time.
